By entering into a business agreement with Kiva & Zen Bridal Devon, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.
From Here on ‘you” refers to the customer (Bride) and ‘us’/’we’/’our’ refers to Kiva and Zen Bridal Devon.
As each dress is personally tailored, we are unable to resell a dress to any Customer other than the Customer placing the order, and as such, we cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart, cancellation of wedding or be held responsible for a dress not fitting correctly due to fluctuations in weight, body size and/or changes in body shape once an order has been placed. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns where you request a change to an existing order and we are unable to fulfil that change.
Dresses with beading and embroidery may differ slightly in the amount/placement of the beading/embroidery to that of the sample dress.
Handmade clothes cannot be rushed and, as such, you must accept that all shipping dates are approximate. Time needs to be allowed for the process to be completed and your dress made to perfection, therefore the designer has the right to change the shipping date based on their production schedule.
Kiva & Zen Bridal Devon will respect your personal data. We use the information you provide top place the order with the relevant Designer to enable your dress to be constructed or altered to your design requirements.
The cost of alterations are not included in the price of the dress and alterations are carried out by independent seamstresses. Brides are not obliged to use the seamstresses we might recommend and we cannot be held responsible for any alteration work undertaken.
All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. No refunds or exchanges on these styles due to change of heart or cancellation of wedding.
Accessories & Shoes
All accessories must be paid for in full when placing an order.
We will endeavour to provide the highest quality goods as standard, and these will arrive in a merchantable quality. Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility and we will not be obliged to replace or refunds
Paid Exclusive Appointments
Please note that our Exclusive appointments are non – refundable, but can be moved to an alternative date with at least 48hrs notice.
We at Kiva & Zen Bridal Devon take privacy seriously, and would like all our brides to read our Privacy Notice which details how we store and manage your information. This notice will also describe the rights that you have with regards to your data.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, address, telephone,email, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile for Bridal orders this will include personal measurements.

When you conduct a transaction or book a service on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
You have the right to request the information that we hold on you, if this information is incorrect you have the right to have the information removed or corrected as you see fit.
